Keys Of Programming: Digital Tachometer + Shift Light + RPM limiter + PCBs

Hello, I leave the pcbs to arm the scale tachometer and shift light LEDs. What I have put in a bike Gilera Smash 110.

I was taking ideas from various sides and put together to try to make the circuit as small as possible.

On the bike, the "signal" is taken from the entrance of the coil.

To identify the coil, follow the spark plug wire, leading to it.

It has 3 wires, one is the spark plug, the other is connected to the chassis and the other is the entrance where q take the signal.

In line (out) the light shift are 12V and q q will have a resistor as I put it on the wiring diagram, to reduce stress.

To calibrate the circuit:

Tachometer: The left preset regulates the principle of scale and the right end.

Shift: Connect or LEDs used for the shift light to the corresponding output, turn the vertical preset 22k to achieve adecuedo operation, I mean, the shift light should light only when it comes to LED seteado. Note: Limited to only connect leds in the light shift due to the charge that is capable of supporting the BC327. In case you want to connect some major use, you must change this TR by one of greatest features.

The main change is a lift on the plate and a different way of calibrating the maximum range. Similarly calibrated, only now acts on the preset maximum range of 3914 and not on the voltage generated by the converter. Also improved the linearity of the conversion.
I did not separate between free version and as the plate limit was compact. It is included for those who want the jumper to choose between bar or point mode (dot / bar).
